Deficit of a good quality raw material and its high price have forced us to apply the woodworking machines of a minimum kerfs. This gives us opportunity to manufacture battens of even 2.8 mm thick.

We use very raw material saving woodworking machines which enable to minimize the kerfs down to 1.15 mm. This leads to obtain 88% usability when producing 9 mm battens.
