For shaping the arcs we use lasts manufactured by ourselves on a five-axis upper spindle shaper.

We developed our own technology for the production of the lasts on a 5-axis CNC Shaper. We are able to promptly and precisely prepare any shape customized to the Clients' needs. Applied technology and extensive many years' experience allow us to perform the projects execution of which was in the past only a matter of dreams.
